How can I remove the prices of my trades from the chart?
In the drop-down menus at the top of your platform, choose “Tools”, then “Preferences” and the “Chart Tab”. At the bottom, you will see “Orders Visualisation”. Here you can deselect the prices you do not want to appear on your chart.

What time zone is the platform set to? How can I change it?
JForex is showing GMT time. Unfrotunately the time-zone settings on the platform cannot be changed.
