Simply submit a Password Reset request to the Help Centre on your Client Portal or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
How do I change my JForex password?
Please navigate to the “PORTFOLIO” tab on the JForex platform menu and click on “MY ACCOUNT”. You will be redirected to your account’s settings page. Under “Security Settings”, click “Change Password” and complete the short password change form.
